Stock Purchases

For stock pricing, and all other uses other than decorative wall prints, please contact me at tkharmon@gci.net for a quote (I use fotoQuote to establish my prices). I will need the following information to provide you with an accurate price for your use;

How will the image be used? Will it be used in a book, magazine, a brochure, on a web site, or in a video?

In what industry will the image be used? Travel? Educational? Hunting? Fishing? Industrial?

What is the distribution area? Local, regional, national, or worldwide?

How many copies of the publication will be produced?

What countries and languages will the publication be distributed in?

And finally, what is the duration of the usage?

A standard image license covers a one-time, non-exclusive use for print or electronic publication. If one of my images is used initially in a brochure then later in a magazine a new license is required. If you require an exclusive use of one of my images please contact me at tkharmon@gci.net.

I reserve the right to not license any of my images for any use I deem inappropriate or offensive. And finally, all images on this web site are protected by copyright. Any use or distribution of any of my images without a license is strictly prohibited.
