Taken' a break after crossing Jim's Creek in Alaska on a late October day. This was the maiden voyage of my new Rokon Trailbreaker (which can be found at www.rokon.com), a two wheel drive moto-tractor that will climb trees…if I could only manage to hang on! You can purchase almost any of my photos, in any of my galleries, by simply clicking on the "Buy" button located at the top right of each photo. There you will find a bewildering array of finishes, sizes, and print mediums (including canvas, metal, thin wraps, and more). Once you make your selection, one of the best printers in the world, Bay Photo of Santa Cruz California, will create your desired product, package it, and mail it to you. And their prices are much lower than when buying directly from me. It don't get any easier or better than that! However, if you prefer that I have your selection printed locally (paper only), then personally sign your selection, before boxing and shipping to you, I will be happy to do so. The following prices includes the print (archival inks and paper), packaging, insurance and shipping, in the US, via USPS Priority Mail. Expedited shipping and special shipping requests are extra. I try to fulfill all print orders within 10 days, however if I am traveling it can take longer. Framed Print Purchases

From time to time I have a few framed prints on hand. Currently I have a black and white print of a large Dall Sheep ram I photographed here in Alaska in 2009, a ram I call "The Dream Ram". The print itself was created by Keller's Photo Labs here in Anchorage, using archival inks and paper. The frame is approximately 22.5" X 28.5" overall. $245.00 plus shipping. Stock Purchases

For stock pricing, and all other uses other than decorative wall prints, please contact me at tkharmon@gci.net for a quote (I use fotoQuote to establish my prices). I will need the following information to provide you with an accurate price for your use; How will the image be used? Will it be used in a book, magazine, a brochure, on a web site, or in a video? In what industry will the image be used? Travel? Educational? Hunting? Fishing? Industrial? What is the distribution area? Local, regional, national, or worldwide? How many copies of the publication will be produced? What countries and languages will the publication be distributed in? And finally, what is the duration of the usage? A standard image license covers a one-time, non-exclusive use for print or electronic publication. If one of my images is used initially in a brochure then later in a magazine a new license is required. If you require an exclusive use of one of my images please contact me at tkharmon@gci.net. BIRDS, BIRDS, and more BIRDS!

ALASKA. Robert H. Armstrong's book "Guide To The Birds of Alaska" is a thorough and extremely handy guide. ARIZONA. Stan Tekila's book "Birds of Arizona Field Guide" is another fine example of this well-known naturalist's work. As usual, the photos in his book are clear and the natural history notes concise and to the point. CALIFORNIA. Scott Streit's web site "Bird Friends of Lake Murray & San Diego" which can be found at http://www.bird-friends.com is an excellent bird identification source for southern California. COSTA RICA. Barrett Lawson's book "A Bird-Finding Guide to Costa Rica" is a must have for your next trip to that tropical birding paradise. DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA. Though our capital has many museums and historical sites to visit some of us prefer the "wilder" side of the capital area. If you are one of those, pick up a copy of Claudia Wilds' book "Finding Birds in the National Capital Area". You'll be glad you did. FLORIDA. You can't beat the web site "Great Florida Birding and Wildlife Trail" as it is chock full of most of the information one would need to plan a nature trip to Florida. Don't take my word for it, have a look at http://floridabirdingtrail.com/index.php NORTH AMERICA. Cornell's Lab of Ornithology on-line program "All About Birds" is second to none! There you will find information on any bird you might trip across in North America, and listen to it's calls. HERPETOLOGY (you know…lizards, snakes ... those critters).

CALIFORNIA. Gary Nafis' web site "California Herps" which can be found at http://www.californiaherps.com/index.html is a great source of information! COSTA RICA. You must pick up a copy of the pocket guide "Amphibians and Reptiles of Costa Rica" by Federico Munoz Chacon and Richard Dennis Johnston before your trip! FLORIDA. The herpetology department at the Florida Museum of Natural History is a wonderful source of information. Their on-line site can be found at https://www.flmnh.ufl.edu/herpetology/home/ OKLAHOMA. Richard Butler's site, "Oklahoma Herpetology" which can be found at http://www.okherp.com has a considerable amount of useful information though it does not appear Richard has updated his site since the 16th of November 2013. The Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation is selling a neat little spiral bound book titled "A Field Guide to Oklahoma's Amphibians and Reptiles". This book was written by Greg and Lynette Sievert and is well worth owning. The web site www.oksnakes.org is a another source of information about Oklahoma snakes. UPPER MIDWEST (Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Michigan). Stan Tekiela's book titled "Field Guide of Reptiles & Amphibians" is a great little pocket-sized pictorial guide and an even better source of information about each species depicted.

INSECTS.

NEVADA. Bruce Boyd's web site "Butterflies of the Spring Mountains Nevada" which is found at http://www.butterfliesofthespringmountains.com is a work of passion, and a pretty good source of information! NORTH AMERICA. Big, bold, beautiful photos identify many of North America's insects in Lang Ellioot's and Wil Hershberger's book "The Songs of Insects". Bonus! The book includes an insect song CD! THE WORLD! David Carter's book "Smithsonian Handbook, Butterflies and Moths" cannot be beat. David has done an outstanding job with this guide!

PLANTS.

ALASKA. Verna E. Pratt's book "Field Guide to Alaskan Wildflowers" is a great pictorial identification guide for wildflowers commonly seen along the state's highways and byways. Janice J. Schofield's pocket guide "Alaska's Wild Plants" is a useful guide to Alaska's edible harvest. Harriette Parker's pocket guide "Alaska's Mushrooms" is a practical guide which helps one identify those confusing fungi! ARIZONA. Nora and Rick Bowers field guide "Wildflowers of Arizona" is a must have pocket guide. MINNESOTA. Another of Stan Tekiela's wonderful field guides is his book "Wildflowers of Minnesota". THE WORLD! Thomas Laessoe and Gary Lincoff wrote "Mushrooms", a clear pictorial guide from Smithsonian Handbooks.

TRAVEL.

ARIZONA. The Watchable Wildlife Series book "Arizona Wildlife Viewing Guide" is simply indispensable! If you are visiting Arizona obtain one of these books first, and use it! CALIFORNIA. Lowell and Diana Lindsay's book "The Anza-Borrego Desert Region" is an excellent guide to the state park and the adjacent areas of the western Colorado Desert. While in the Anza-Borrego area pick up a copy of Robin Halford's book "Hiking in Anza-Borrego Desert". She lists over one hundred half-day hikes in that sweet little guide! NEVADA. Jim Boone's web site "Birding, Hiking, and Naturalizing Around Las Vegas", which can be found at http://www.birdandhike.com/index.htm is a very useful source of information of the area surrounding Las Vegas.
