Fox are one of my favorite species so upon hearing from a couple of friends about all the foxes on San Juan Island in Washington I had to go! Unfortunately it blew sideways and poured rain the entire time we were on the island! Not a little wind. Not a little rain. It was a lot of both! So I used the rental car for a blind and made the best of it. Unfortunately bad light does not help the subject, especially the subject's eyes, to stand out. Why all the whining? I'm self-justifying another trip, that's why all the whining!
