Brown Bears of Alaska's Russian/Kenai Rivers
The Russian River, and it's confluence with the Kenai River, is one of the world's best known salmon producers for visiting hordes of tourists, and the area's bears. One will see bears fishing right alongside the human fishermen almost every day that salmon are in the stream. For the most part it is a peaceful relationship. Both species are there to catch fish, and there are plenty of fish…so why be a butt. Though most of the humans carry firearms rarely are those arms needed as the bears are usually well mannered, and the human fishermen accepting of the bear's needs.
