The variety of Jays we have here in North America never ceases to amaze me. The Mexican Jay does not disappoint. It's larger than it's close relative the Scrub Jay, and a little less blue, but a Jay nonetheless. Large family groups travel their territory daily, announcing to the world that they have arrived! I can't but help to like the noisy birds!
