American White Ibis
The American White Ibis is a bird of the Americas, whose range extends from mid-Atlantic and Gulf Coast states, down through Central America, to the northern portions of South America. It feeds mainly on Crayfish, which it probes for in shallow waters.

It takes approximately two years for a juvenile American White Ibis to replace all it's brown juvenile feathers with the white ones of the adult birds (though brown feathers may persist around the head and neck into the third year).
