The Sharp-shinned Hawk is built for daring flight through woodlands in pursuit of it's favorite prey, songbirds, which it usually attacks by launching unseen from a concealed perch. A long rudder-like tail, along with short powerful rounded wings, enable this incredible hawk to complete maneuvers through trees that are almost impossible to keep track of, whether it's me...or some unlucky songbird.
